Virtual instrument is an indispensable technology development in the field of intelligent control.The virtual technology and computer network technology is the most important part of information technology.The development of virtual instrument is changed by the use of the traditional method of instrument,the instrument interface using visual programming,to complete the project of data acquisition,processing and analysis.In this paper,virtual instrument technology is used to develop a set of experimental system of three-phase asynchronous motor,breaking the traditional experimental teaching method,and realize the design goal,which shows the feasibility of the system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the overall scheme design of the three-phase asynchronous motor experiment system is determined,which is composed of three parts,which are three-phase asynchronous motor control operation scheme,virtual instrument test program and motor system test module;Secondly,the hardware experimental system of three-phase asynchronous motor part and the software part were made to determine the composition of hardware circuit design,motor characteristic experiment and motor experiment in detail,the design of the application software mainly analyzes the application of OMRON PLC software,LabVIEW and MITSUBISHI inverter parameter debugging software design and implementation process of experimental.Scheme of experimental system of three-phase asynchronous motor in each experimental project is discussed,the anti-interference ability of the system are described.Finally,the experimental system of the three-phase asynchronous motor in no-load experiment as an example,the whole experiment process to do a detailed analysis and explanation,further verify the superiority of the data acquisition of the system,compared with the traditional method of motor experiment,three-phase asynchronous motor experiment system is more accurate in data collection and processing.The automatic analysis and data processing can be achieved.
