Distribution network planning is an important part of power grid development,in-depth study of the distribution network planning to build safe,reliable,economic operation of the distribution network is important.The existing grid is diffieul to meet the growing demand for electricity.Distribution networl planning is a complex nonlinear combinatorial optimization problems,the mathemational point of view is a NP problem solving NP problem is one of today's computer science bottlenecks.When the dimension of the problem ofdecision voriables increases,which seeks global optimal solution has been a problem.Therefore,searching for better global optimization intelligent optimization algorithm is an important tochnical problem.Cuckoo search algarithm is applied to distribution network planning and optimization studies in this article.First,To prove cicloo search algorithm for global optimization copobility,we selected three optimization algorithms for testing the test function and its traditional PSO algorithm performance testing conducted together,The expetimental results.show that the optimization slgurithm than the traditional psrticle swarm slgorithm for solving combinatorial optimization problems in search of a better aaccuracy and convergence rute.Secondly,the establishment of a power load forecasting problem long term load forecasting model combination of power,using weights cuckoo search algorithm derived variable weight combination forecusting model of the weighting factor long term load forecusting model to optimize the analysis,and the next chapter substation site selection planning area of load forecasting.On this basis,the proposed substation add geographic information to improve the siting of the penalty factor optimization model,Afert single source substation site,multi-source substation siting simulation application cuckoo search algorithm to optimize the location of a mathernatical model comparative analysis with trsditional substation,the model prediction prove more scientific and tccurate,reasonable analyzed in detail,and gives the location-based substation cuckoo search algorithm steps.Finally,the actual location of the substation planning studies to Hanzhong City substation site selection,for example,Hanzhong City substation site selection,for example,by the power company and the city of Hanzhong professional and technical personnel to explore research proved Hanzhong City substation site planning results fully in line Hanzhong City substation site plan,and then prove the substation siting cuckoo search elements algorithm is a scientific and effective methods.
