Research On Longyan Hi-tech Park Road Project Cost Management Based On BT Mode

Road construction is an important link in the construction of foreign infrastructure,which plays an important role in China’s economic construction.In recent years,China has increased the investment in the construction of road infrastructure,however,received shortcomings of funding shortages seriously limits the establishment of China’s road infrastructure.Since the reform and opening up,how to rational management of road infrastructure has become the focus of development at this stage.BT model is the most common research program in China has been part of the project application,and more suitable for the design of our government departments,and has a lot of success stories.To this end,this article takes Longyan high-tech park south ring road 1 road as the foundation research material,launches the project BT pattern analysis research,for Longyan high-tech park Nanhuan road 1 road actual condition establishment quality-cost-time limit three main control target model And the genetic algorithm is adopted to determine the optimal scheme for the cost management of Nanhuan Road No.1 in Longyan Hi-tech Park.Research indicates:First of all,this thesis expounds and summarizes the domestic and foreign anti-war of BT mode.Based on the domestic and foreign research content,the BT model and the theory of cost management have been determined,and the relationship between them has been found.Secondly,the direct and indirect problems in the development of Longyan High-tech Park Nanhuan Road 1 are analyzed.The quality,cost and duration of the project are analyzed by three main control index models.Cost and construction period are the relations of unity of opposites and can not control a single index separately.In the adoption of the national genetic algorithm,the corresponding implementation period is 176 days.The cost management of BT model is used to verify the use of BT model,and it has a high degree of fit for road construction and cost management,which can be applied to production practice.In conclusion,this study proves the value and applicability of BT model in road infrastructure,and successfully analyzes the advantages and existing problems of BT model.At the same time,the optimization model of cost-quality-And use genetic algorithm to optimize the model to better verify the role of BT model in cost management.For the future road construction and management to provide a scientific theoretical basis.
