In recent years,the development and utilization of new energy has been a hot spot in the market.In the new energy resources,solar energy has its unique advantages,inexhaustible.Human development and application of solar energy is gradually expanding,mainly by the photoelectric conversion and light and heat conversion in two ways.At present,under the guidance of the government's policy,the photoelectric conversion has been vigorously developed,the birth of a new industry-photovoltaic industry.Support as a component of the support system,is an indispensable part of the photovoltaic industry,is to achieve the maximum security of photovoltaic energy utilization.After the rapid development of photovoltaic industry in recent years,the trend of large-scale photovoltaic power plant construction slowly,while the construction of small and medium enterprises or the people's own small and medium power plants showing the momentum of development.For small and medium-sized power plants,construction personnel,construction site and construction environment and other factors are not allowed as a large-scale photovoltaic power plant construction,machinery and equipment professional construction team and professional,large quantities of basic construction and installation work can be completed.The purpose of this paper is aimed supporting in the construction of small and medium sized power station,combined with the original support,designing a new type of photovoltaic.According to the different components of the angle,the new type of photovoltaic support structure standardization has been formed.Mechanical analysis of the new type of support with different components of the bracket was conducted,and to calculate the maximum ultimate bearing capacity was calculated.The research results couldprovide reference for the future application,and proving a good versatility and applicability.Compared with an actual project case,the existing photovoltaic support programs and costs were analyzed.The design condition of this project was designed with the new type of photovoltaic support and economic cost was calculated.After the comparison,it could be found that the construction of the new type of photovoltaic scaffold is more convenient,the cost is greatly reduced.Nowadays,the competition of the support industry is more and more fierce,the rationality of the structure and the cost control is an important way to gain a firm market.Through the above research,the design of a new type of photovoltaic support program,in order to provide a reference for the optimization and application.
