With the fast paced development of China's railway and rail transportation, the structure of comprehensive transportation has been continuously adjusted and improved. The new railway terminal in major cities has been positioned as a more integrated urban passenger hub, set railways, highways, urban mass transit, public transport, taxis, bicycles and other traffic in a combo. Among all kinds of transportation, the railway and urban rail transportation's transfer ratio share the growing proportion, and it increasing sharply with the establishment of urban rail transportation network. Nowdays, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen city subway access to the railway station. Railway and urban rail transportation will take extremely important role in city's comprehensive transportation system in the future. Their transport capacities will bring into effects along with the supporting of good transfer interface system. Railway and urban rail transportation's transfer hubs are important nodes in integrated transportation network, they play direct impact on the efficiency of the overall integrated transportation, reasonable and convenient transfer system will not only meet the needs of commuters, but a rational distribution of transfer hub will also provide strong conditions for the development of a harmonious, efficient, comfortable and safe public transportation system, coordinating the two kinds of transporting ways, this paper will do a in-depth study of railway and urban rail transportation's transfer issues.First, the paper will do analysis of the current railway and urban rail transportation transfer hubs, and then classify transfer methods in the transfer hubs, compare the characteristics of the various transfer methods, their advantages and disadvantages.Second, the paper will do a detailed research of transfer hubs, such as their transfer function, demand characteristics, influencing factors, etc. In analysis of the difference between railway transportation and urban rail transportation, and the principles of transfer, the paper tends to explore the transfer modes of railway and urban rail transportation transfer hubs.The paper will focus on the efficiency evaluation of railway and urban rail transportation transfer hubs, based on the traditional evaluation methods, to make improvement of classical evaluation method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Firstly introduce the basic principles and steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then establish a mathematical model, which primarily aimed at improving the original degree of membership and indicator weights. Combined with real examples, take an effective evaluation of China's railway and urban rail transportation system's transfer efficiency.Finally, summarize the research results and put forward some questions for future research.
