Research On The Self-organizing's Formation And Development Strategy Of Xiamen Yundang Road's Characteristic Street

In nature,city is a self-adaptation system with high complexity,with the economic and social development,the complexity of the city is becoming more acute,under the present market order,urban self-organizing appears continuously,its function are space optimization and function adjustment,which focus on realistic benefits and immediate benefits.As a kind of endogenous strength of city's self-improvement,this market internal motivation can not be given by the "government plan",and the resulting humanistic atmosphere can not be controlled by "scientific and rational" planning,it has a unique and native charm and vitality,which covers the shortage of government planning to some extent and becomes city's supplement function.Xiamen Yundang Road's characteristic street is a structural system formed by internal strength,which has certain cultural atmosphere and leisure function.After ten years' self evolution,it has become a unique "calling card" in Xiamen,however,because its certain limitations and mistakes,this phenomenon which is abiding by the principles of urban development receives little attention,which causes the current unsustainable development.This paper focus on Yundang Road's characteristic street,based on empirical research,further analyzing the evolutionary process and development issues of Yundang Road's self-organizing development,combining with the problems and relevant cases to discuss the corresponding development strategies,so as to provide the reference to the healthy sustainable development of Yundang Road's characteristic street's self-organizing development.The main research of this paper includes the following four parts:(1)Analyzing self-organizing's formation and development process of Yundang Road's characteristic street in detail.Analyzing its development history,evolutionary and driving mechanism,and using self-organizing theory to explain self-organizing's development process;(2)Examining the development value and contradiction of self-organizing's formation of Yundang Road's characteristic street.Evaluating and analyzing its developing situation,externality and related stakeholders to understand the reason of its popularity and the existing problems,and analyzing the root causes of the problems;(3)Conducting a comparative study on domestic self-organizing characteristic streets.so as to provide some suggestions for this research object's development strategy;(4)Putting forward development strategies for the sustainable development of Yundang Road's characteristic street.Based on detailed analysis on development of Yuandong Road Featured Street,five suggestions for its sustainable development have been raised:(1)basic value of development that urban construction administration shall respect,contain and pay attention to is the precondition of development;(2)establishing flexible regulatory mechanism to empower redevelopment activities is the guarantee of development;(3)establishing mechanism on balance of interests for related interest bodies is the core of development;(4)realizing good cooperative governance among residents,voluntary associations and the government is the method to develop and manage;(5)appropriate intervene from other organizations is the external guarantee of development.
