The Research Of Public Bicycle Of The Campus And The Service Innovation Of The System

Since 1960s,the global industrial structure have changed dramatically because of the rapid rise of service industry,and the transformation of global trend becomes from the industrial type to the service type.As the famous American sociologist and future scientist Bell predicted in the 1980 s,the traditional industrial concept and innovative thinking faces a huge challenge in the new social and economic condition.The design concept?method and tool related to service is needed to struggle with the dilemma.Since the beginning of the opening up policy,our country relies on the huge and cheap labor force,a large number of land development and reckless resources exploitation to realize the economic growth and led to rapid economic transformation and five hundred million get rid of poverty.However all the development is at the expense of the environmental deterioration,resource consumption,chaos in the city system and the unequal of the society.The urbanization process makes the rural population migrate to urban areas and the dense city contributes to the increase of transport energy consumption,climate disruption,ecological environment deterioration and the crowded street.The lack of inclusive and sustainable social development trend is not desirable.The urgent need of the future development of our country is how to make use of the information of the 21 st century,network technology and the structure of the knowledge economy,through the innovation of the service industry to reverse the industrial economy and the traditional social development pattern,in order to solve the problem of what they can't overcome.The public bicycle as an important part of public service,is supported by many governments and becomes the most successful achievement of the service design and innovation.Its service concept of “Sharing ","low carbon","health" is praised highly by urban residents.First of all,this thesis has a deep research of the public bicycle through widely collecting the research data of public bicycle.It analyzes the plan of public facilities and management of public service system of bicycle,makes a conclusion about the feature and trend at home and abroad and the framework of public service system,which is the reference of campus public bicycle facilities and services system.In addition,this thesis analyzes the design concept,method and process of service design and then makes a quantitative and qualitative comprehensive investigation about the campus public bicycle and the service condition in order to find the need pinpoint.At last,this thesis uses the service method to make a conclusion about campus public service insights and ecology of bicycle,draw the campus public service blueprint of bicycle,design the campus public service point of contact of bicycle and make use of service evaluation to evaluate campus public bicycle.Through the relevant research service design methods,design theory and innovation framework,this paper builds a set of perfect campus public bicycle facilities and service system use its rich innovation public service framework of bicycle,the innovation of extension services,for the urbanization process of China's economic and industrial structure transformation and tolerance and provide innovative approach to the sustainable development of society.
