Affected by the rapid development of mobile internet traffic, urban public transport is facing a competitive situation in which new types of transportation services are superimposed.Public transportation urgently needs to apply new technologies to fine-tune operational management, and finally improve operational service levels,to acheive higher attraction. The study aims to use a large number of multi-source heterogeneous bus operation data and mobile internet data,to finely analyze and evaluate the actual process of bus operation, accurately identify problems with bus operations services, and provide theoretical and technical support for the refinement of public transport operations and the improvement of public transport services. The study starts with the analysis of data sources.Based on the dynamic GPS data, smart card data and static basic data,a transit information extraction and fusion verification method for big data is proposed.Besides, method for extracting supply and demand information of bus routes based on operation information, and travelers' features extraction method based on mobile internet traffic order data are also proposed.Along with the methods, data table structure, data process logic and efficient algorithms are developed accordingly. Then, focusing on the actual situation of the operation of bus lines, this study establishes quantitative indicators for the operation status of public transport, including travel time, waiting time,in-vehicle crowding status.Such varieties of bus operations supply and demand information are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. Moreover, from the perspective of influencing factors and correlations, the characteristics of public transport operations were revealed. Also, based on the shared bicycle order data, the characteristics of the traveling users of shared bicycles are analyzed. The study found that due to differences in the distribution of passengers and in the service levels of vehicle operations, the average service level of buses is acceptable in the actual operation situation, but the level of bus services used by most passengers is relatively lower. Therefore, based on the extraction of supply demand information,a set of evaluation methods for bus line operations based on supply-demand relationship is proposed, taking the differences of distribution into consideration. Finally, the study uses the bike-sharing order data to estimate the short-distance bus travel demand, and uses the evaluation method to analyze the short-distance travel scenario. The analysis found that bike-sharing travel data is a good alternative to describe the demand of short-distance bus travel;in the short-distance scenario, the service efficiency of regular buses and shared bicycles is similar, while the sharing of bicycles is better during peak hours.Public transport needs to improve service stability and reduce the diversity of different vehicle services to improve service levels. The main innovations in this article are: proposing a method for huge-amount multisource heterogeneous data fusion and information extraction methods for bus transit supply-demand analysis, proposing a bus route operation evaluation method based on demand-supply relationship, proposing a high-efficiency mobile travel order data extraction method, and using bike-sharing order data to comparatively evaluate bus operations services.
