Catenary line is the main component of the traction power supply system.Ensuring the safty and reliability of the catenary line is of great importance to the stability of the railway system.The working environment of the contact network is bad and the line has no spare parts.In the position of electrical connection clamp,hanging wire clamp and the connection point and other parts there often exists the abnormal phenomenon of local overheating,leading to frequent accidents.The existing monitoring method can not accurately and effectively monitor the temperature of the electrical connection clamp at any time.Therefore,this paper designs the non-contact measurement method to monitor the real-time temperature of the electrical connection clamp.Due to the distance limit of the non-contact measurement,the collected temperature signal is very weak and it is easily mixed with noise interference,fact that the it is essential to adopt the necessary testing methods to accurately detect weak temperature signal.In this paper,the development status of the existing catenary line temperature monitoring is studied;the comesponding testing methods of the weak signal correlation and analyzed comparatively;the principle of infrared temperature measurement is introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of different temperature measurement methods are compared and analyzed.The whole radiation temperature measurement is used as the realization method of the temperature measurement system and is put forward the overall temperature measurement scheme of electric connection clamp.Secondly,the finite element method is used to simulate the heating condition of the electrical connection clamp and the three-dimensional solid model of the electrical connection clamp was established.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to mesh the solid model and add the material properties to simulate the temperature field of the electrical connection clamp,which avoids the analysis of the surface temperature of the object only during the measurement process and ignores the temperature change inside the object.The temperature field of different parts and different factors is analyzed,and the limit temperature of the clamp is given,which provides a reference for the temperature monitoring of the electric connection clamp.Thirdly,due to the distance of non-contact measurement,in order to improve the detection intensity of the measured signal,the pseudo random sequence correlation detection is used to identify the weak temperature signal and remove the interference of stray noise.Using the pseudo random signal correlation identification theory constructed simulation models to verify the feasibility of this detection method.Finally,set up the system hardware circuit,write procedures,unify debug system,analyze and process experimental results and explore experimental factors that may affect the accuracy of temperature measurement.The thesis provide the reference for the future research.
