The development of fuze and the technology to jam it has been reviewed at the beginning of the paper. Then Pseudo-random code phase-modulation (PRCPM) fuze and the character of m sequence, as the research object of the design , are expatiated in the second part.Because the PN code received by system of PN code recognition and reconstruction has been demodulated , it introduces briefly on the demodulation of PN code before the design of system of PN code recognition and reconstruction.The design of system of PN code recognition and reconstruction which makes use of FPGA is the main task of the paper. The design is seriously according to the design flow of FPGA system, including the design of circuit, behavior stimulation, synthesize, implement, post-route simulation and download the program.In the end , the system performance of PN code recognition and reconstruction is analyzed using the tool of Matlab. The analysis includes two aspects: one is the performance of real-time and the other is the availability of system. The analysis of the performance of real-time mainly, study the time of recognizing and reconstructing the PN code in a time .The analysis of the availability of system discusses the effect of jamming when it exists different sampling rate and it occurs wrong PN code .
