The autocorrelation function of the pseudo-random code is similar to that of the white noise, which has the randomicity. The pseudo-random code phase modulation fuze just works on the basis of this characteristic. The fuse, having excellent cut-off performance of the distance and strong anti-jamming capability,is one of the important directions of the fuse develop. The experimental system of pseudo-random code phase-modulation fuze is designed in the paper. The performance of jamming sources is measured by ECCM tests, meanwhile, the anti-jam performance of this fuse is evaluated. Accordingly, it has a broad application perspective.The design and implementation of the system is studied and discussed, including the generation of pseudo-random code and its phase-modulation signal, the transmitter of receiver of signal, the demodulation of the phase-modulation signal, the correlation detection of pseudo-random code, etc. The hardware circuits are simplified obviously by using CPLD. The isolation of the receiver and transmitter is a very difficult problem in fuse design, which attracts designer's attention. In this system, two antennas with the same characteristic are applied for receiver and transmitter, and a mass of additional measures is adopted to reduce the coupling between antennas. In the processing of the correlation detection, the implementation principle and structure of digital correlator is analyzed in detail, and two implementation schemes, typical structure and modificatory structure, are given. The performance of the correlator with the different error code numbers is analyzed. Finally, the digital correlator of modificatory structure is designed and implemented by CPLD. The results show this correlator holds the excellent working performance.
