Abstract/Summary:
Hydraulic system energy saving is to achieve a high degree of efficiency in the complex environment for a long time to stabilize the premise of stability,energy efficiency of the performance of the scraper,power consumption and other performance.At this stage scrapers have higher energy consumption and poor energy efficiency.It is of great significance to study a kind of energy saving and environmental protection scraper for engineering mining.Therefore,this paper relies on the resources of the laboratory and the Yankuang Group to design a set of hydraulic energy saving system for scraper.Specific research can be as follows:1.By calculating the hydraulic pump and the engine power to match,so that the maximum output power of the engine by the absorption of hydraulic pump,so that the maximum energy utilization rate.The hydraulic cylinder movement time,output flow and torque are calculated,the data and scraper data were compared.The exercise time of the bucket and the movement time of the boom are calculated to provide the necessary data support for the subsequent use of AMEsim simulation analysis.2.Analysis of the overall situation of the performance of the scraper.The energy loss of the scraper under different working conditions is analyzed.Establish a general flow regeneration circuit schematic.Analysis of its flow regeneration principle.And the mathematical model of the energy loss when the boom is descended is calculated.And the establishment of a variable throttle valve model.3.A new type of boom energy saving circuit is proposed.And explain the principle of boom energy-saving circuit.At the same time drawing energy-saving circuit diagram.And the pressure recovery of the boom energy saving circuit is calculated.Through the hydraulic cylinder when the rise and the hydraulic cylinder when the two cases of analysis.At the same time,the calculation of hydraulic system efficiency and load analysis are carried out.And the selection and modeling of the accumulator.Respectively,the working principle of the accumulator,the type of accumulator and the function of the accumulator.At the same time,the mathematical model of the accumulator and the choice of the inflation pressure of the accumulator are also carried out.4.The energy saving effect of ordinary flow regeneration circuit and new flow regeneration circuit is compared and analyzed.The model of the common flow regeneration circuit is established and simulated.A model of an ordinary flow loop modeled by AMEsim.The data changes of the corresponding hydraulic elements are obtained by parameterization.Similarly,the model of the new hydraulic circuit was established and simulated.The influence of the energy recovery of the boom on the parameters of the accumulator is analyzed.The movement of the piston rod and the change of the gas inside the accumulator are simulated by changing the precharge pressure of the accumulator.The final selection of the appropriate pre-charge pressure.Finally,the conclusion of the two energy-saving circuits is compared to the energy-saving effect of the new loop.
