With the government’s promoting of new energy vehicles and logistics industry rapid rise,using electric light truck for short-distance logistics and distribution has become an inevitable trend.The light truck design has also been paid more and more attention by firms and users.In recent years,the theory of creative design based on interdisciplinary has been emerging.Arnheim ’s Theory of Visual Dynamics which from Gestalt Psychology apply Gestalt Psychology to the filed of visual arts and put forward the concept of visual force.It greatly promoted the development of art and architecture.It is possible to enrich the innovative design method of automotive modeling by referring to the visual dynamic theory in the field of visual perception psychology to explore the design of automotive.Therefore,this paper mainly do research from two aspects:(1)Theoretical analysis: Introducing the concept and phenomenon of Gestalt psychology and visual perception,analysis principles of Gestalt figure-ground organization using of the basic image elements and automotive modeling as a case in automotive modeling design;Introducing the related concepts of visual dynamic theory,analyzing combine with the product modeling and automotive modeling which with dynamic characteristics.Concluding that the visual force of the product and the automotive can be created by means of reshape,incline,wedge dynamic,repeated gradient and bionic,fading surface,chamfer surface and so on.(2)Case analysis: Analyzing the visual force’s different performance and reasons combined with the specific automotive modeling style.Using contrast analysis of the single direction front face’s visual force,the contrast analysis of the power degree of the front face’s visual force,and the stratified analysis of the visual force of the front face,summarizing that based on the different models and style positioning,the front face of the automotive can be shaped to gather the resistance,the same direction force of the single direction,gentle divergence and other visual force styles.These styles have different effects on the formation of the front face shape and people’s aesthetic.Through the user experiment of questionnaire survey,we can verify the perceived situation of general viewer about the visual force phenomenon in automotive modeling and the strength of the expressive force.Using the deformation method which from the method of visual force shaping,exampling and analyzing the shaping of car brand family gene modeling,and putting forward some suggestions for the design of family gene modeling.Based on the above analysis and research,Summing up that in order to form a specific visual force for the special purpose,using the method that by adjusting the visual force strength and direction of the two factors,for the car to create a rich,dynamic visual expression of the design method.At the same time,this method will be applied to the operation of Dayun electric logistics light truck design practice,aim to shape the specific style of visual force,and shaping the Dayun E Department of light truck visual force modeling and improve the design.The practice proves the feasibility of dynamic modeling method based on visual force,this provides a reference suggestion for China light truck to get rid of the doctrine of the mean,dull image,and shaping the personalized and dynamic expressive force.
