The Development Of Electronic Control System For A Fullautomatic Bearing Vibration Dectector

The analysis and detection for signals of bearing vibration could judge whether rolling bearing have defects.However,most of the bearing manufacturers in the domestic still rely on bearing vibration measuring instrument and experience(the people's hearing and the display)to realize the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing,which makes a lack of the efficiency and accuracy.It's particularly important to develop a high efficiency?accuracy and full-automatic bearing dectector.Aiming at the shortcomings of the test method on bearing vibration in the domestic,a fully-automatic test system of bearing vibration is designed.This passage mainly include three aspects: the signal conditioning circuit?the function module of PC software?the PLC program of mechanical action's control.The design of hardware circuit mainly focus on the design of signal conditioning circuit.This circuit can filter,amplify collected signals,keep the signals' frequency characteristic to the greatest extent under the condition that these signals do not distort and ensure that these signals transferred to the PC conveniently.The upper computer program mainly contains soft keyboard module,data storage module,data reading module and SPC module based on Lab VIEW.Soft keyboard module shows a computer keyboard interface on the monitor;Data storage module saves date according to the date of the storage as well as the testing information of the system;Data reading module can read the data conveniently and timely which helps the operator to know the measuring state during the working time;SPC module shows testing dates in forms to make it convenient to read data and give off the alarm signal in abnormal fluctuation on the bearing production line.In the system,these modules are Function Modules which rich the function of the system and help the operators to manage the instrument.PLC program enable the bearing vibration detector to work automatically,increase the detection rate and supply technical support for bearing manufacturer in industrial mass production and testing.Large numbers of experiments to 6203 types of bearings prove that: the accuracy of the full-automatic bearing vibration detector is over 90%;the detection speed can satisfy the requiring speed of bearing enterprises which accomplishes the testing within 3.5 seconds;its efficiency and accuracy reach the request of practicality and it has prominent practical value.
