Combined High Way And Railway Bridge Maintennance Management

With the development of the railway construction in recent years,bridges across the rivers are increasingly build.While increasingly,the resource of the bridge across the river is in tight supply the country over.Especially,near the urban areas,in order to making the best use of the existing resources,an ever-growing number of the combined bridge,will be built by the regional government with China Railway.After the founding of the People's Republic,we were built Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge,Nanjing Yangtze River Bridg and a series of the combined bridges.However,because of the special history,dominated by the State-funded construction to be and local road maintenance management,duties and responsibilities are more clearly,also played an important effect.However,with the reform and opening up,combined bridge is mainly built by railway and local Governments jointly funded,how to clear the responsibilities,the obligations,and the coordinate management mode of both parties.And to build a bridge maintenance work has become a new topic.On this issue,this paper analyzes the construction,the administrative situation of the Yangtze River Railway Bridge on the Yangtze River since the founding of the People's Republic of China,based on the previous literature,to find out the change of our country to build the bridge,draw on the experience of the combined bridge's management,maintenance and repair by the predecessors.The main idea of professional project management is preliminarily determined.Secondly,through the investigation of Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge,Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge,Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge,which is the representative of China,summed up the current representative of the two management models.At the same time,analyzes and compares the characteristics,application,advantages and disadvantages of the existing two models.I hope to refer to their experiences,find out the management mode of the Tianxingzhou bridge.Through to the Tianxingzhou bridge equipment and the current management situation analysis,find out the shortcomings of the current model and the need for improvement.Based on the experience of Wuhu Yangtze River bridge,the improvement direction of strengthening project management is determined.At present,like Wuhu Yangtze River bridge,the establishment of the company responsible for the maintenance of the conditions are not perfect.To consider the functions of the Tianxingzhou Asset Management Committee,forward the suggestion of establishing department of project management under the Asset Management Committee.This scheme not only avoids the diffulties of setting up the company,but also can give full play to the effectiveness of project management.According the characteristics of the Tianxingzhou Bridge management and maintenance,put forward the proposal of the organization and management mechanism.The general idea is to have their own task,reduce the total number of their duties,strengthen the quality and cost management.Because of the overall maintenance of a bridge is not large,but the project technology is complex,and the costly maintenance.Too many project managers will cause waste of resources,poor quality management will result in equipment maintenance is infulfillment,endangering the safety of equipment.Inefficient cost management will cause disputes between the two sides of the investment,and a waste of state assets.—Through the research of this paper,based on the experience of predecessors,finished a suitable combined bridge building maintenance management system for the Tianxingzhou Bridge.Resolve the project plan,quality,cost control and other issues.Provide a better reference program for the same type of bridge maintenance and management.
