Research And Complication Of The OGS Inspection System

Any fault appears in the overhead contact system(OCS),the main framework of electrified railway,may affect the safety of railway operation,and can even cause serious accidents.Inspection is the most basic and important way to secure the OCS,but at present there are many limitations of the most railway inspection,it becomes more and more obvious with the development of electrified railway and high-speed railway.Therefore,the development of an OCS Inspection Management System based on mobile inspection technology has important practical significance.As the development of computer technology and network technology,mobile inspection technology has becoming maturity,and used in outdoor mobile data acquisition more and more widely.All of these provide favorable conditions for development of OCS inspection management system.This paper introduce the status of OCS inspection system at first,and uses object-oriented system design method and unified modeling language(UML)to analyze the OCS inspecting operations;then,puts forward the solution of OCS inspection system based on PDA,and divides the system into two parts: Background Manage Subsystem and Inspection Terminal Subsystem;selects the software system structure for the inspection system: C/S mode is used between the subsystems and B/S mode is used in each subsystem.Designs processing flow of system operations to define the functions completed by the system.Finally,together with mobile terminal development technology ? GPS technology as development technology,and Lotus Domino/Notes ?.NET Compact Framework as developing platform of Background Manage Subsystem and Patrol and Inspecting Terminal Subsystem respectively realizes interaction between the digital wild data acquisition,PDA and the upper server,achieves specific objectives of system development.The OCS Inspection Management System achieves the electronization,informationization and standardization of the inspection data management,secures the OCS operations,and improves the railway information management.
