| Transmission line inspection work is the basic daily work of base-level power supply companies,because the transmission line equipment is basically distributed in the field environment,the natural environment is relatively complex,the current enterprise adopts the manual inspection way of large amount of labor,inspection cycle is long.The characteristics and nature of patrol work bring all kinds of problems to the quality assessment of route patrol personnel.In view of the problems existing in the current route patrol and inspection work,combined with the requirements of enterprise management information construction.The information management technology and means are used to develop a set of information system which meets the requirements of line inspection posts.This dissertation studies the performance assessment management process of a power company’s power inspection job,conducts in-depth analysis and combing of some core business processes,and determines the functions and performance requirements of the performance management system based on user demand surveys.Based on this,demand modeling technology is used to model the requirements put forward by users.The main requirements of the system are summarized into related management functions such as performance evaluation plan management,performance evaluation index management,performance evaluation management,salary and benefits management,and system management.The object-oriented design thinking is combined with the current mainstream performance evaluation management algorithms to design the system architecture,database design and business logic design.This system is based on the mobile-first design concept,and adopts three-layer MVC architecture mode,front-end responsive page layout mode,and other methods for system design and development.The developed system can be used with various types of terminal equipment,which greatly improves the convenience of the system.Finally,the performance evaluation management system was systematically tested from the perspective of software engineering and project development process requirements.The system test results showed that the developed system as a whole met the design requirements and user requirements,and reached the system development place and proposed construction goals.In summary,the design,development,and use of the performance management system for the post inspection personnel of transmission lines show that the use of information technology and methods can further improve the scientificity of performance assessment management and improve the efficiency and quality of management work. |
