Our urbanization has entered the accelerated phase.By 2020 urbanization rate will be increased by 1 to 1.5 percentage points per year.Faced with the enormous pressure of energy saving and environmental livelihood,the development of green building has become an inevitable trend.In the 12 thfifth period,building group is the new hot spot of construction.However,as with the supporting technology of green buildings,our country focuses on: macroscopically eco-urban planning and isolated green buildings.The building groups are somewhat ignored.On account to the background,work is as follows:Firstly,the researcher chose a Beijing science park as a typical building group of China.Three outdoor environment measurements were carried out in winter,spring and summer.The key influential factor of outdoor wind and thermal environment were discussed.Secondly,the thesis finished reviews on current evaluation method of building groups,including LEED-ND,CASBEE-UD and BREEAM COMMUNITIES.More than 70 evaluative articles are summarized.Thirdly,using user survey and expert Delph survey,select key factors of the Outdoor Environment of Green Building Group,and calculate the weight value.Fourthly,a Simulation Platform of the Outdoor Environment of Green Building Group based on ArcGIS was developed.Finally,a set of simulation cases were carried out to test and verify the evaluation system and simulation platform.
