With the development of networking concepts and networking industry,between different production equipment interoperability standards are more stringent,the network system has become the inevitable road of industrial development.While the wireless sensor technology EnOcean technology has recently emerged with its high quality and low power consumption of the core scientific and technological advantages.Such as energy collection and conversion,wireless communication,is widely used in industrial inspection and control of building construction and other fields.In contrast,the domestic situation,enterprise management consciousness gradually increased,such demand is also increased,therefore,the regional power information management as the research object,aiming at the existing shortcomings in the traditional management system,such as scalability than low coverage of small,upgrade and maintenance cost is higher,the design and implementation of the management center software,coordination gateway and EnOcean communication network is composed of three parts Based on Ethernet technology and EnOcean technology,this system mainly covers the electric power information monitoring,management and collection process,which is a new type of intelligent and integrated system.The first part is the introduction,including the research background and significance,through the analysis on the energy management system at home and abroad,summed up the inadequacies of the present system.At the same time combined with the features of the development status of EnOcean technology and embedded Ethernet technology,detailed design the framework of this study.The second part is the system design,in the first hardware design of EnOcean node,the node uses TCM300 RF chip as the communication carrier to complete the PCB design and peripheral circuit principle graph;secondly design function in the system,according to the communication protocol of the EnOcean mechanism,presented to the management method and with the Remote node the Management protocol is consistent,at the same time in the construction of routing list generation method in detail of Smart Acknowledge mechanism,Includes the establishment of common collector,EnOcean network design method of routers and concentrators;thirdly,in the design of the gateway software coordination research of embedded TCP/IP protocol based on LwIP architecture,with the external PHY chip DP83848 C,and the network driver,and realizes the interactive application server data and EnOcean data;finally,in the testing Center Visual Studio2010,using C language development,and complete the design ofnetwork system by SQLServer2010 network database,and then using statistical methods to manage the data information.The third part is the system test,it is advantageous to understand the integrity and reliability of the system technology to separate each component of the power management system is tested,and the online help system the test,can be effective management and analysis of regional electric power usage data,the rational allocation of energy resources,promote energy use efficiency.
