Research On The Design Evaluation Method Of Forklift Equipment DNA Product Family

As the key equipment supporting China's logistics industry,logistics equipment is one of important fundations of the development of logistics.With the deeper revolution in this industry and the clearer segment market,the systematical upgrade of enterprise product has realized,Also,the products has become serialized and branding.The DNA design of product family has become one of the important codes in product shaping design.For decades,our manufacturing and saling industry of folklift has become the lagest in the world.However,most enterprises lack the experiences,the indispensible system and the perfect evaluation machnism of product developing,so that the folklift equipments in China don't own high identification.The lack of evatuation system has brought financial loss to enterprises,Also,it has ruined the corporate image because of the varied product forms.On this backgroud,the research on evaluation system has become the research focus to improve the identification of corporate product and the brand competitiveness.To build an evaluation system adjusted to the product design of coporation itself,this article put forward a comprehensive evaluation methods of design based on mass data,quantify the characterized ranks of products.At first,according to the differences of every periodical judge targets,we can set up different design evaluation index system,evaluate and sequence the product brand analysis,innovative plans,conceptual design applied by comprehennsive ranking evaluation methods,experiences evaluation methods and vague evaluation methods and so on.And then,we can analyse in quantities the forms,characters,colors of products in the deep stage of design,quantify the vague factors using the vague evaluation methods,caculate them using formula evaluation methods,quantify the evaluation results.At last,according to quantified evaluation results,we can redesign comprehensively combined the copying and changing characterized product forms with general characterized factors,model DNA product family images with coporation identition.The end of the article will apply the design evaluation methods wih designing examples to verify them.At last,we will set the series of folklifts united-developing by Marshell electrombiles coporation as an examples,to provide evidence of the design process and applyment of evaluation system.According to the analysis of mass data and design evaluation methods,we can quantify the evaluation results,estimate the characterized factors,and guide the design of DNA product family finally,so that we can reach the uniformity of design concept and model machine and achieve the relatively good effect to prove the practicibility and the necessity of this design evaluation system.According to the systematical analysis of mass data,resonal restruction and applyment of existed evaluation methods,we can build scientific 'effective design evaluation system to make sure coporation product identification and lead the DNA design of coporation product.The applyment of this evaluation methods is good to provide new tactful orientation of product design and build tough basement of long-term design tacttics,model characterized coporation brand,provide special product modeling styles and set examples to the design of DNA products of folklift coporation.
