With the continuous progress of science and technology and increasing market competition, customer demand for our products become more personalized, traditional large-scale production mode no longer meet the needs of manufacturing companies, the new production model - become replaced by mass customization The current mainstream production models. Product configuration as an important part of mass customization is to meet customer demand for products to achieve rapid customization of the core technology and key enabling tool. This model for mass customization of product configuration systems were analyzed, the configuration of the system product family product family modular technology, configuration constraints to build the rule base, conversion technologies and customer demand based on customer demand to optimize the configuration of evaluation methods in-depth study of specific content in the following areas:â‘ The importance of customer demand in product family configuration was analynized, and the customer demand was classified into structured demand and unstructured demand, and the difference and characteristics of these two kinds of demand were analynized. The difficulties and the methods to acquire customer demand information were analynized. The method of transforming unstructured demand into structured one was established and the mapping relation between customer demand and product configuration parameter was built. A method for customer demand transformation based on gray rough model was proposed, and an example was used to prove the method is feasible.â‘¡A configuration evaluation method based on the customer demand weight constraint was built. To avoid multiple solutions for feasible scheme of product configuration and to reduce unnecessary data processing for raising configuration efficiency, an assessment System of product configuration based on customer demand weight constraint was proposed for retrieving the most similar product case with customer demands. According to the relevance between customer demand parameters and product characteristic parameters and the each parameter's weight of customer demand, a evaluation mould was built. And the most similar product case was retrieved with extenic classify evaluation method; the case was used for the next configuration solution based on product case. The rationality of the evaluation mould and the feasibility of the evaluation method were proved by an example.â‘¢The database resources for product configuration including product family information database, module resource database and configuration constraint rules database was established, and a configuration solution based on product case was proposed. The module resource database was built for supporting base data resource for configuration; the product family information database was built for ensuring the feasibility and efficiency for configuration; and the configuration constraint rules database was built for ensuring the constraint relation between models for avalibility of configuarion. A product configuration method based on multi-dimensional association rule was proposed with the support of database resources for models exchanging or designing on similar produc case. And an example was used to prove the method is feasible.â‘£According to the above theory and key technology, a customer demand rapid configuration process based on rapid response customer product development platform was designed, and a configuration example for cars dump truck was studied for proving the validity and feasibility of research content.
