The Application Of SMW Pile In Foundation Pit Engineering Example In

SMW pile is China imported from abroad in recent years a relatively novel of deep foundation pit support support method and principle of this kind of supporting pile is in the cement soil mixing pile inserting type steel and the final form of the steel reinforced concrete composite support retaining structure.The surface area occupied by the support of supporting structure,and prevent foundation seepage in many engineering,so it is widely used in our country in recent years to the foundation pit work.The SMW pile in the deep foundation pit support forms and characteristics,as well as the domestic and foreign research situation,development trends are introduced in this paper.Of SMW pile structure internal force calculation method and parameters determination,the SMW pile the main performance parameters of the materials is introduced and studied.Through determination of the basic parameters,this paper detailed introduced SMW pile in practical engineering design and construction process of the key points of the research,and draw detailed construction process flow chart pointed out the problems needing attention in the construction process.The main research content of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)to introduce the SMW pile in foundation pit supporting process characteristics,working principle and design and construction process,to them by force and deformation of make a summary induction,research and analysis factors which affect the stability of SMW method pile,and puts forward the corresponding solutions;(2)the SMW pile excavation depth and horizontal steel bracing take ANSYS model analysis,analysis of the maximum stress and deformation of the time and location,verify the maximum stress and the rationality of the deformation of.(3)through the actual project case,detailed introduced SMW pile construction process,points to the need to pay attention to the construction and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The results of this study indicate that for complex deep foundation pit engineering of model analysis and design and construction process control is very important,through the actual project case and experience summary form the core,on the deep foundation pit construction in our country branch support design and construction of the project has certain guiding significance.
