With the rapid development of high-rise buildings,the pile foundation as a gooddeep foundation is widely used in high-rise buildings. As pile foundation hasconstantly been applied at the same time, with the question of how to ensure theconstruction safety and the use function, we pay more and more attention to thethought of saving cost, time limit, reducing the environmental impact.Pile foundation design has two most important roles: the bearing capacity andsettlement control. The bearing capacity of the pile bearing capacity includes thebearing capacity of foundation soil. Settlement includes both the whole settlement anddifference settlement.Based on the previous research, theoretical research, pile bearing capacity andsettlement of pile raft foundation, we use the interaction between pile and soil andcomposite pile foundation. ANSYS software of finite element analysis is used onsingle pile, pile group settlement. With stress analysis software, we prove the pilefoundation division thought "outside strong, inside weak".With engineering example, we design tubular pile, prefabricated square pilerespectively, and choose optimum scheme by considering pile raft foundation,composite foundation, cost, time limit for a project, environmental and otherfactors.
