Precast pile foundation is one of the most commonly used pile types. With the rapid development of landfill engineering and high-rise building, the precast pile utilization rate is also increasing gradually. Precast pile driving process is a nonlinear process. The research of precast pile driving process and the static analysis theory and method have been more comprehensive. The energy conservation principle and the free body collision principle are used in various dynamic pile analyses, but the analysis of dynamic characteristics is not that enough.The research object of his passage is8m*0.5m*0.5m of the C40concrete precast pile. The precast pile driving test is worked on a reclamation land, and the related data is collected using DHDAS5920dynamic signal acquisition analysis system. And then analyze the influence factors of precast pile driving process with the actual data and through using the LS-DYNA module of the ANSYS software.Through the driving test, the stress change situation of the pile body and the pile penetration can be got, in the precast pile driving process. Extracting and sorting the resistance of foundation function curves and the penetrations of pile foundation under different impact load, provide the later basis for finite element analysis software.This passage use the LS-DYNA module in the ANSYS software and then set the precast pile piling model, then analyses the factors influencing the piling process. The influences mainly come from the piling stress, the pile design parameter and the situation of the foundation. This passage analyzes the submerge speed and the penetration of the pile in different situations through studying the hammer force, the pile diameter, the concrete strength and the frictional drag in the process of piling. Then it analyzes two special situations in the process of piling connected with the real construction. What’s more, it compares the real test with the theoretical analysis and finds reason of the diversity, At last is the summary and states the problems related. |
