Research On Construction Quality Improvement Method Of Building Automation System

Intelligent building has become a big trend in the construction market in our country.The Building Automation System(BAS)using computer technology,automatic control technology and communication technology,can greatly improve the environment of the building,reduce the cost of construction operations and energy consumption.And it is the product of the development of building technology,computer technology,control technology and communication technology.Building Automation System is the most widely used technology,the most abundant and the most demanding system in the intelligent system.Building Automation System is recommended by the majority of the construction side and is included in the construction of public buildings and commercial buildings,but a lot of completed project quality is not ideal.BAS project emphasizes mechanical and electrical equipment,computer,automatic control,network and communication knowledge,and requires high level of basic technical personnel.The paper studies the project quality improvement method of Building Automation System.Firstly,this paper introduces the problems existing in the construction of Building Automation System project in our country and the current development situation of Building Automation System in China and abroad,then presents the working principle?composition and monitoring content of BAS.Based on the analysis of the construction process of BAS,this paper proposes the design?construction and acceptance methods of BAS.This paper analyzes the norms of national and intelligent building industry,with the principle of “economic practicality,openness,maturity and expansibility” sums up a set of principles and methods for the design,construction and acceptance of BAS project,overcomes the poor quality of BAS project.Using Huawei South Factory BAS construction as an example,according to the actual needs of the owners and the function structure of the building,in accordance with the relevant principles and methods summarized in this paper,we complete the construction of BAS well,improve the quality of this project effectively,to achieve the goal of "energy saving,comfortable environment,convenient management and improving the facilities of whole life cycle".The research and practice show that the principle and method of Building Automation System design,construction and acceptance summarized in this paper can effectively improve the quality of Building Automation System project.
