A Research Of The Management Of Emergency Rescue Equipments On Expressway Under The RFID Technology

With the rising of RFID Technology,its infleuence has covered every aspects of the society.How to apply the RFID Technology into the field of emergency rescue in the highway is also an aspect of realization the intelligent transportation system.And with the development of the expressway,how to improve the quality of the emergency rescue service in expressway has become a hard target to measure the work of emergency rescue management department in expressway.To improve the traditional management pattern of the vehicle equipment,the present management methods of the vehicle equipment in expressway is to use the paper archives and two-dimensional coding label,fixed assets of electronization and network-based management are inevitable trend of equipment management of the fixed assets in the future.With the increasing number of the emergency rescue vehicle equipment in expressway,this paper tries to explore the combination of the RFID Technology and the fixed assets management system(including equipment daily management,depreciation management,financial statistics,subscription examination,checking management and inspection),and to provide the management function of increasing,decreasing,shifting,renting,cutting,sealing,idling,abandoning and allocation of the rescue equipments,as well as to provide all types of generated statistic reports and the flexible and varied statistic inquiry.Starting from the development of hardware and software of the RFID Technology,this paper tries to explore a scientific,practical and convenient management methods,and it tries to work out a series of working process of the daily maintenance,asset registration,asset alteration,allocation and abandonment of the rescue vehicle equipment in expressway,which enables to make the management of the vehicle equipments more informatization and more convenient,at the same time,to prolong the life of the vehicle equipments.
