As China's modernization drive unprecedented development,construction and development of infrastructure is particularly significant,the level of large-scale development has exceeded any previous period,as a vital bridge engineering infrastructure works but also has been a great development.Bridge construction of landmark continue to emerge,but in the process of rapid development in the often overlooked quality problems,leading to disastrous consequences,not only affects the security of people's life and production and life and property,but also to the social order stable.Engineering,construction more difficult because of the special nature of a longer service life,play a crucial role in the transportation and production of life,the quality control is the most noteworthy aspects.This will combine the current quality control phenomena and some effective control measures were analyzed.Firstly,this paper discusses the theory of bridge quality management,elaborated bridge construction management features,characteristics and influencing factors of bridge construction quality management control method.In this paper,willow pond bridge project as an example,analysis of the current bridge construction quality project management problems,and in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting the quality of construction and key links,and finally proposed bridge projects related measures in quality management of construction systematically and recommendations.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.Based on interviews research analysis,willow pond bridge construction project quality management problems mainly construction workers awareness of quality management,the process of carrying out construction projects,the quality of management agencies did not fully play its important role,cannot strictly control the construction of the bridge quality;the same time,in the construction process due to the mechanical equipment,and materials management does not take a scientific approach to construction,resulting in civilization construction project environmental difficult to guarantee.2.Willow Pond bridge construction were found,leading to subjective reasons bridge project construction quality management is to manage the quality of the project department at all levels of consciousness is weak,front-line staff on-site construction quality management neglect,poor supervision and quality awareness.Objective reasons,including personnel management,for technical reasons,the construction environment,schedule control,construction costs,capital investment and other convergence improper reasons.3.By Willow Pond Bridge project management process problems in a specific analysis,while in the process of project construction quality management system a clear understanding of the process of project construction responsibility,improve construction quality assessment standards and management awareness and take measures to improve the relationship between the bridge construction and quality management between and bridge construction process resume appropriate management mechanism,the use of scientific methods to enhance the quality of management.
