As a new pavement preventive maintenance technology, combing with synchronizingconstruction and cold-mixing of fiber mixture, synchronous wearing course mixed with fiber realized the synchronous construction of bonding layer's spraying and fiber mixture's cold-mixing as well as mixture-paving on use of dedicated device.Synchronous wearing course mixed with fiber have great advantages over wearing resistance,adhesion,water-proofness and crack resistance, which not only could greatly improve each function of pavement, but also could effectively reduce the use count of construction equipment,so as to improve equipment-availability and shorten maintenance time.Firstly, the study proceeded from mechanism of emulsified asphalt, analyzed the influencing factors of modified emulsified asphalt, and then chose appropriate type and volume of modified asphalt, emulsifier, stabilizer and assistant, produced new kind of bonding layer, which would provide technical support for great adhesion of fiber wearing course.Secondly, referring to the design method of micro-surfacing,the study confirmed the additive amount and asphalt amount by mixable time and cohesion torque test, put forward material composition design method of synchronous wearing course mixed with fiber and technical index of raw material and fiber mixture combining with the climatic feature of Heilongjiang area.At last, research group took Qitai expressway as support construction and paved a four-kilometer test road.On based of which, the construction technology, control points and acceptance requirement of synchronous wearing course mixed with fiber. The study established the completely technical system including special bonding layer, synchronous wearing course mixture design and construction technology.
