| With the rapid development of China,the goals and requirements for the construction and maintenance of roads are also more efficient,safe,reasonable and rapid.At the same time,with the high quality and rapid development of highway construction,a large number of highway maintenance work in our country should also keep pace with the times to achieve high efficiency while en suring the maintenance quality.Among them,rapid maintenance technology is a new direction of rapid development and application.The ultra-thin asphalt wearing course is the most widely used technology in the maintenance in recent years.The ultra-thin asphalt wearing course can effectively improve pavement skid-resistant performance,anti-noise performance,driving comfort and safety of the pavement,and can also prolong the service life of the road.Therefore,it is significant to study the ultra-thin asphalt wearing course under rapid synchronous construction.This paper makes a systematic study on the mix design,interlayer bonding performance and construction technology of ultra-thin asphalt wearing course for the rapid synchronous construction.In order to make the gradation of ultra-thin wearing course more suitable for the construction requirements of rapid synchronization,a systematic study is made on the mix design of the ultra-thin wearing course.The asphalt and aggregate which are more suitable for ultra-thin wearing course are selected for mix design.Based on the analysis of the construction characteristics,the discontinuous gradation is determined and the gradation range of the ultra-thin wearing course is preliminarily determined according to the relevant gradation research in China.In order to further explore the influence of different grading types on the ultra-thin asphalt wearing course,the modified Bailey method is used to evaluate and the recommended parameters of modified Bailey method are proposed.At the same time,the grading of the ultra-thin asphalt wearing course is optimized by the VMA prediction method and the design requirements are more easily met.The CORELOK method is recommended for the determination of the volume index,and the relationship between the volume method and the CORELOK method is analyzed by regression analysis,which provides guidance for actual production design.Based on the Superpave design method,a design system for ultra-thin asphalt wearing course was proposed.Combined with the modified Bailey method indicators,the mix design of the ultra-thin asphalt wearing course is carried out,and the rationality of the mix design method is verified by performa nce test.Through BISA3 mechanics analysis software,the interlayer bond and the maximum shear stress are analyzed,and the SBS modified emulsified asphalt is developed.Through the analysis of different thicknesses and levels,the shear strength index requirements of ultra-thin asphalt wearing course are proposed.The technical requirements for bond strength are proposed according to different bond strength test schemes.Therefore,the technical requirements for bond strength and shear strength during the construction process are proposed.Based on the design requirements and strength requirements of the rapid-synchronous construction type ultra-thin asphalt wearing course,combined with the existing and commonly used construction techniques and technical m eans in China,the control and evaluation standards for the whole production,transportation,paving,compaction and quality control are proposed. |
