| With the increasingly expansion of the scale of road traffic and the motor vehicle manufacturing industry, motor vehicles have become an indispensable tool in people’s life. Characterized by convenience, low cost and high speed, motorcycles have become an important tool for riding in middle and small cities, and the market of motorcycle sales is huge nationwide. While bringing great convenience for people’s work and life, the development of motorcycles has also resulted in many negative influences. In recent years, the increase of sales volume of motorcycles has led to the sharp expansion of social inventory. Furthermore, there are consequences caused by motorcycles such as environmental disruption, energy consumption and increasing traffic accidents. To meet the V-test requirement of the national three emission standards specific to motorcycles and mopeds, a durable test of pollutant control device has to be conducted for them. In order to ensure the standardization and consistency of the test, the durable device has become a key part in the durable test of motorcycles.On the basis of analyzing and learning the status quo of domestic and overseas motorcycle test techniques, this paper studies the constitution and characteristics of the durable test system of motorcycle roads. A systematic design scheme is proposed.ATMEGA128 processor is taken as the core controller for the detector of motorcycle roads. The test elements of the system include an encoder sensor and GPS system combination. Through the comprehensive consideration about actual requirements as well as the precision and flexibility of the encoder system and GPS system, an appropriate sensor is selected. Modular design is adopted by the control system, so as to design modules like power supply, LCD, encoder interface, GPS module interface,voice notification and serial communication.To improve the precision of the positioning tracking system and reduce precision,the data integration algorithm is studied by this paper. Combined with the actual requirements, the kalman filter algorithm is taken as the estimation algorithm of this project. Through the position and speed data collected by the encoder and GPS system,the positioning data of the current motorcycle system is estimated via the kalman filter algorithm. In the initial period of the project, numerous materials and literatures are read along with the research on relevant motorcycle test standards of the country,thus drawing the conclusion of the design standard and basis of this system.In terms of the software structure, driver design is carried out for various bottom-layer modules. The designed hardware circuit is utilized for application test of modules. The development and debugging for PC upper computer software is conducted, thus realizing serial communication, rotation control and attitude data.The tester is composed of one 5.6 inch TFT touch LCD and high-performance CPU. It is further configured with DC12 V power, speed test device, sound-light alarm,and voice prompt. The system is with characteristics such as multiple functions, high reliability, light weight, and portability. According to the use condition, the measurement accuracy is in line with test requirements of motorcycle roads. |
