| In recent years,tubular motors have been widely used on intelligent drive system such as electric garage door,electric doors,electric fire curtain,teaching electric screen and so on.With the improvement of living standards,the demand on Tubular motor grows so that inspection task of the Manufacturer of tubular motor has also increases.In the manual testing process,there are some shortcomings of inefficient and large reading error.In this paper,through the introduction of a new design idea and the selection of high-performance embedded micro-controllers,a automatic test system of tubular motor that based on Cortex-M3 microcontroller core of ARM has been designed on the combination of these reasons.The test system can improve exfactory pass rate of the tubular motors,promote the application of the intelligent motor test system in the production and process the technology industry updates of the entire intelligence apparatus,which is an issue with a good market value and effectiveness of academic.According to the technology needs of tubular motor manufacturers and relative survey,this paper analyses needs of the entire testing process.On this basis of the structure and quality requirements of tubular motor,RS485 bus is used among different modules and an automatic test System of the tubular motor is designed.The test system is based on the rotary encoder,current and voltage sensors and the STM32,and has a real-time display,analysis,storage records,intelligent features and so on.The intelligent test system uses fully automated testing process instead of traditional manual process,to overcome the shortcomings of reading errors and the inefficient of test in the existing manual testing process,and greatly to improve the efficiency of the test on the electrical parameters of tubular motors.The whole system is composed of mechanism,circuit and software.The mechanism includes transmission, specimen stage,and appearance.The circuit contains relay control circuit,signal acollection circuit,signal processing circuit,SD card storage circuit,LCD display circuit,communication interface circuit,test circuit of resistance of tubular motors,CAN bus control circuit and so on.The software includes the operation of communication protocols about CAN and serial,programs designed for MCU and PC.The programs for test system mainly accomplish to control all the parts,process signal,display data on LCD,the file system of SD card,and communication among different modules.While the programs for PC can be said to be Upper Computer,which is responsible for data exchange between PC and MCU,and provid a good user interface for customers in the PC.The actual use on the workshop of factory shows that the tester has important applications,it also has the characteristics of efficiency,greater precision and simpleness,so it can be used to analyze and test the performances of tubular motors in order to ensures the quality and exfactory pass rate of the tubular motors,and to promotes the use of tubular motors in our daily lives.In addition,the tester is easy to be expanded to test other types of motor and it is endowed with promising future in the automated test industry. |
