Ensure safety first,improve the service work,keep normal flight is the policy of Chinese civil aviation.With the increasing flow and complexity of air traffic,requiring air traffic control personnel with more and more high-quality capabilities,so we need to modernize the training of air traffic control personnel advanced means.This paper introduces a training method in this situation-the tower control simulation system.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)Based on the requirement of this system,the design and implementation of the tower simulation system is completed.In this paper,each model's function of the tower control simulator system is introduced by us,and a model for this system to help ATC controllers' daily training is also build up by us.(2)Based on BADA aircraft performance database.According to the required training subjects,we select the related data in the database of BADA aircraft performance,and combine the data in BADA database with the data of civil aircraft in flight manual by XML data fusion.Ultimately establish a civil aircraft model in ideal case.(3)This paper studies the civil aircraft takeoff and landing phases which need to be paid attention in the simulation of air traffic control,and focuses on the special situation simulation training in special circumstances.On the one hand,the influence of the external wind field on the takeoff and landing stages of the civil airplane is studied.Based on the vortex ring and the Rankine complex vortex method,the 3D parametric microburst model is established.Based on the wind vector pair,The airfield model is modified to make it simulate the state of the civil airplane under the near-ground complex wind field correctly.On the other hand,in order to accurately simulate the ground motion and takeoff and landing conditions of civil aircraft,the landing gear was analyzed,and a fine landing gear model was established,and then connected to the civil aircraft model for training.(4)Through the real FDR data,some important special cases are simulated and reproduced.Based on the comparison of the real FDR data and the simulation data,the verification work is completed to ensure the accuracy of the model.At the same time,this simulation system is validated for the special situation training the rationality and reliability.
