Research Of Places Regeneration Of Historic Town

The accelerating of New-type Urbanization provides the conditions for the protection and development of the traditional culture in the Historic Town.However,the protection and construction practice of Historic Town of Hebei is not well enough in combination with rural-urban integrated planning and conservation of historic cultural heritage and traditional humanistic culture.Historic Town still faces the damage of historical context and loss of traditional culture and any other problems.To places of Historic Town as the object of study is from the microcosmic aspect,dig with regional characteristics of the traditional cultural resources,in order to pave the way for the restoration of cultural value and sustainable development of Historic Town.Meanwhile,in the construction of Historic Town,the place as the visual angle to undertake a comprehensive study of cultural activities of places,place space environment and the place system.It is beneficial to deal with the relationship between regional culture protection and social economic development.Also it can make the vitality of traditional culture resources in Historic Town.In this paper,basing on the comprehensive analysis of Historic Town in Hebei of geographical characteristics and cultural resources.It clearly put forward the concept of places of Historic Town.Taking the cultural activities of places as the breakthrough point,the cultural activities in the places of Historic Town are divided into performances activities,ritual belief activities and the production and business activities.On the basis of the protection and development needs of the cultural activities,the paper discusses the space form,characteristics and organization of various places corresponding to the cultural activities.As the same time,it improve the level of urban space development through the place system.It analyzes the places of Historic Town development and probes into the main reasons of the places of Historic Town fading in our province at present.On the basis of these,putting forward the concept of places regeneration of Historic Town.It is the combination of social attributes of the cultural activities,Material attributes of the space environment and the spiritual attributes of the place.This paper takes Sheng fang ancient town in Hebei as a case of the places regeneration.From the aspects of the overall protection,cultural reconstruction,scene representation,spatial activation and adaptive development,to explore the regeneration strategies and methods of the place regeneration.The premise of this study is to respect Historic Town's historical context and the purpose is to meet the social and economic sustainable development.
