Humanization Design Of Expressway Toll Booth

Toll booth is one of the main auxiliary facilities of the highway.It not only provides the charging environment,but also ensures the safety of the toll collectors.A systematic study of charging facilities layout,thermal insulation and heating measures,modular structure design is carried out in this paper through a large number of on-site survey of the toll booths.Combined with field survey,this paper focused on human engineering,through the research of static body size and dynamic body size of toll collectors,and the main charging facilities were replaced in the toll booth in a user-friendly way,including monitor,keyboard,printer,currency-counting machine,card machine and money box,for solving the problem of toll facilities disorderly placed.According to the formation of human fatigue,the part of the toll collectors were tested,and the results show that after the layout of the facilities it will not only improve the efficiency,but also reduce the fatigue of toll collectors.The cold environment inside of toll booth in winter is generally reflected by toll collectors and the floor is extremely easy to damage and the energy consumption is huge.According to the standard of cold area building,the material and thickness of insulation board,glass size,heating facilities,floor composition of toll booths were studied in detail.Finally,the simulation software ANSYS is used to analyze the temperature field of the toll booth to verify the rationality of the design.In order to reduce the maintenance people and maintenance cost,the modular design of toll booths is carried out,which includes the structure of toll booths and the modular design of floor.Toll booth is assembled by a number of modules,and only replacing the damaged module can greatly shorten the maintenance people when the accident occurs.The floor is also modular,and the floor is glued to the insulation board,increasing the life of the floor and improving the insulation effect of the toll booth.
