The driver controller is an automatic control equipment of the subway train,high-speed bullet train and other rail vehicles.It’s the master electrical components to achieve braking,reversing,speed regulation and other functions.The driver controller,which is composed of the operating handle,the mechanical transmission mechanism and snap-action switch,plays an important role in the rail vehicles.Snap-action switch is the core component of electrical part,which plays an important role in connecting the operating handle and main circuit.The speed control module,which is composed of the speed control operating handle and snap-action switch,is the most frequent part.Focused on the driver controller’s safety,reliability and efficiency operation of this goal,this article made research on its snap-action switch and speed control module.Firstly,owing to the importance of the snap-action switch,it is analyzed and measured.Then,its model was established by using professional three-dimensional software.Secondly,considering about the particularity of quick-acting reeds,flexible processing was done on it.And then action-process of snap-action switch was simulated and fully analyzed in the dynamic simulation software.Finally,because the driver controller is detected in the laboratory environment,the result isn’t accurate.On-line Monitoring device was designed for speed control module.The operation information of the speed control module could be mastered using the device,which could ensure the safety of train.
