Abstract/Summary:
The software designing of BCM is a detail-oriented work;the traditional develop methods usually cost a lot of time,and manpower.Lacking of an effective way to discharge errors,the development cycle would become longer,and the investment would be inversely proportional in efficiency.Moreover,there are frequently changed the requirements and control strategies of customers during the development phase,so the R&D engineers of body control module face a great of challenges.This paper is based on a company’s project platform,the V-model development process and model design idea is proposed,and the control logic of BCM is realized by using a kind of graphical language.Thereafter the function and diagnostic tests of BCM are built.Firstly,based on the BCM controller as the research object,and the combining of the whole structure of paper,network architecture scheme is firstly analyzed,and then commonly diagnostic services of BCM under the diagnostic criteria are given,the advantages of model development is illustrated through comparing with the traditional development pattern,the modeling scheme with RTW-EC is selected after analyzing the differences of two modeling methods.Secondly,the architecture design of BCM,including hardware,software and network,is presented.On the basis of the communication protocol,CAN database is built with Vector CANoe,which is used in project test in chapter 5.Moreover,this paper converts the system functional requirements in a logical way;according to the logical expressions and the MAAB modeling standards,the application layer model of the lock system and dome light are built.A new software designing method of lock system which includes arbitration part is presented.The method could be used in most projects.Finally,Model tests are made to verify the model performance,and the forward and reverse test cases of lock system are recorded to do the functional and diagnostic tests,the results indicate that our design is reliable and accurate.
