With the advancement of automotive technology and the increase in body functions,vehicle body controllers are becoming more and more complex.It's a trend that body control module developing towards intergration and networking.Due to the strong specificity and matching of the body control module,different models need to be redeveloped.In order to improve the reliability of the system and shorten the development cycle,this paper studies the modular design of the JH625 body controller.The study reduced the repetitive work of subsequent vehicle developments,and the module was applied to the JMC JH625.This paper analyzes the function and performance requirements of the JH625 body controller module and designs the overall structure of the JH625 body controller module.The hardware circuit is designed based on the infienion SAK-TC214S-8F133 FAB micro-controller.Referring to the software architecture of AUTOSAR standard,the software part is divided into three parts,which is the driver layer,the interaction layer and the application layer.The modular design idea is used to detailed design the functions of each layer according to the function requirements,which shortens the development cycle.Through in-depth analysis of the SAE J1939 protocol,the CAN bus communication matrix list is defined.The CAN communication initialization,transmission and reception procedures are designed according to the CAN communication protocol.The CAN bus network management mechanism is established to monitor the network status.Finally,the coordinate control of internal and external lighting,central locking,window,wiper,horn,RKE,T-Box,air conditioning compressor,cockpit tilt and other functions are realized.Aiming at the problem that the process of date transfer is susceptible to external interference In terms of hardware,the SAW filter circuit is designed in the RF receiving module to improve the anti-interference ability of the system.In terms of software,a control strategy for optimizing the RKE transmission data synchronization code is proposed Innovatively.This strategy improves the anti-interference ability of RKE transmission data,and raise the level of the remote control distance to 7.8.M compared to its original level.on the other hand,For the problem of large control voltage error of the load,a method of a new voltage management is proposed.When the power of the supply voltage jumps,the control voltage's error output to the load is reduced from 1V to 0.1V.which improves the reliability of the body controller.Based on the above research,the bench test,bus communication test and real vehicle test,HIL test were carried out on the body control module through test environment.MOS tube function failure problem which in the real test appears,carrying on the thorough analysis,and proposing the actual solution measure to achieve the system closed-loop control.The test results show that the JH625 body controller based on CAN bus designed improves the reliability of the system,reduces the development cost,and also meets customer needs and recognition.This study provides a reference for the development of domestic vehicle body controller based on CAN bus,which has certain guide significance.
