The developmen of prefabricated buildings is one of the important strategies for construction industry during the period of “13th Five-Year Plan”.With the upsizing and complexity of prefabricated buildings,the construction process has increasingly become a complex system engineering.The mistakes of a certain link will cause major losses.Therefore,the study of the prefabricated buildings construction process has important practical significance.This paper attempts to establish a system reliability model of prefabricated concrete structure construction process.And an improved frog leaping algorithm was introduced to solve the constraint function.It can provide a new idea and method for assembly-type research and reliability analysis.Aiming at the deficiencies of traditional reliability calculation methods,such as the difficulty of solving difficulties in multi-constraint problems,the basic shuffled frog leaping algorithm was introduced and improved.In this paper,frog individuals were randomly grouped to achieve rapid optimization.Combined with the migration mechanism in the bacterial foraging algorithm,the frog individual's search position was probabilistically migrated.And the frog individuals with the same positional information were subjected to Gaussian mutation which was from the chemical reaction optimization algorithm to improve the robustness.The efficiency of the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm(ISFLA)were verified by three test functions and typical TSP problem(Travelling Salesman Problem).The characteristics and influencing factors of the four subsystems-design,production,transportation and construction were elaborated in detail.And the reliability model of each subsystem was deduced.Combined with tomography analysis,the relative weight of each subsystem can be obtained.With analyzing the series and parallel relationship of the subsystems,the system reliability analysis model of prefabricated concrete structure construction process was established.As an example of a prefabricated commercial building project,the reliability of each subsystems was analyzed and the reliability constraint functions were established.With the consideration of the time and cost,the improved frog leaping algorithm was adopted to solve the multiple sets of constraint functions and obtain the Pareto feasible solutions.The results can provide better reference for managerial decision-making.As a summary,this paper established the construction process system reliability analysis model of the prefabricated concrete structure.And the improved shuffled frog leaping algorithm was adopted to solve the reliability constraint functions.The excellent results can coordinate the reliability of the construction process and the economic benefit of the project in a large extent.It has a certain practical application value.
