The tower anchoring method of extradosed cable-stayed bridge is divided into the clamping piece and the epoxy mortar anchorage.The traditional clip type anchor can only anchor one direction when the cable is subjected to unbalanced force.The epoxy mortar anchorage method uses the cohesive force of mortar to stick the cable and anchor system together.But the anchoring system is fixed and cannot remove.This paper aims at the limitations of existing anchorages to design a kind of bidirectional replaceable anchorage,which can solve the problem.This article launches the follow researches on cable saddle bidirectional replaceable cable support tower of extradosed cable-stayed bridge:(1)According to the design concept of bidirectional replaceable anchorage,combined with the existing strand tapered anchorage to design its size,and present a formula for design.(2)The finite element model is established,considering the contact and friction,analyzing the whole process of anchorage and stress,and test the anchor effect of bidirectional replaceable anchorage is consistent with the working mechanism.(3)And this paper analyses the stress process of anchorage and the stress variation of all components.(4)Analyzing the effect of the cone angle of fusiform clamping piece,the coefficient of friction between the fusiform clamping piece and sleeve plate and the middle segment length of fusiform clamping piece on anchoring performance of bidirectional replaceable anchorage.Variation of stresses of each component in the process of loading is obtained when different parameters are selected.(5)Variation of stresses of each component of the anchor device is analyzed under the action of different bolt pretension force and unbalanced force,to provide the basis for further analysis and calculation of bidirectional replaceable anchorage.(6)Analyzing the influence of temperature variation on anchorage performance and stress of anchorage members.
