Research On Testing And Testing System Of Asphalt Pavement Milling Rotor

Our road transport industry has been rapid development in the past few years,now it comes the stage of highway maintenance and warranty.Among them,the milling machine as a common road maintenance machinery,it plays a very important role in the maintenance of roads.Although the domestic milling machine manufacturers have developed a variety of milling machine equipment,the research on the milling process and the theory of operation is still behind with foreign milling machine manufacturers.This paper presents a design of a milling rotor test system,which can be better on the milling process and operating theory to study.Based on the previous studies milling test rig and the design parameters of the milling machine,on the basis of the existing milling rotor test bed,the milling rotor test system was built,and the test system was tested and verified.In this paper,the main performance parameters and structural parameters of milling rotor are studied and analyzed,and the kinematics and dynamics of the milling rotor are analyzed and studied too.These analytical studies have laid the foundation for the design of the next test system,the construction of the test platform,the test,the experimental image analysis.And depending on the purpose and mission of the paper,milling rotor test system is designed on the plan.On the basis of the scheme design,the design of the force sensor(three-component force sensor),the arrangement of the sensor strain gauge and the bridge of the bridge are completed,and the sensor connection plate is designed and manufactured with CAD and Solidworks,the selection of calibration and test equipment,the test system was set up finally.On the basis of the milling rotor test bed,the test system was set up,and then the test plan was designed,and then the test was carried out.On the basis of the test data,the data is analyzed briefly.When calibrating and testing the sensor,the use of wireless telemetry system was proposed to carry out data transmission.This ensures the resolution and accuracy of the signal,so the test results are more reliable and meet the demands of the experiments.After obtaining the test data by DEWESoft,it can be found that,milling rotor test system can better reflect the changes in the parameters of the experiment and can show the value of the parameters in real time.It has a good accuracy and can meet the requirements of the test.It provides a better way and angle of the milling process and theoretical research work milling machine.
