Drying technology is widely used in every aspect of industrial production,and it is one of the biggest and most polluting parts of the entire production process.In recent years,along with the rapid development of highways in our country,and the drying technology is the most consumable part of the whole production process,so the research on the structure of the drying tube is getting more and more attention.In this paper,the research process of the motion trajectory of granule materials in the drying cylinder by experts at home and abroad and the research process of establishing the drying mode is described;This paper analyzes the structural form of different material blades;calculates the starting point of the blade in different structural forms,establishes the mathematical model of the material quantity of the different feed blades,and carried out the calculation analysis by MATLAB software.The hold-up time in drying drum was studied,and the factors influencing the retention time were analyzed.Using equations the heat and mass transfer of drying process and three kinds of drying characteristics of the power curve: drying curves and drying rate curves and temperature curve were analyzed,and learned that granular material in the drying cylinder drying process has three stages: stage of preheating,constant temperature drying stage,heating stage;In a 3000 type drying cylinder as an example to calculate the drying tube heat consumption in the drying process and the thermal efficiency,analyze the factors that affect the flue gas temperature,can be concluded that the exhaust gas temperature in the drying process and granular material forming materials shade are linked to the contact area of hot flue gas: the greater the contact area,the smaller the exhaust gas temperature,the more conducive to heat exchange,which can improve the thermal efficiency;Through the fluent simulation software to simulate the material curtain of the material of different structure,the result shows that the material curtain of the blade forming of the circular arc transition is reasonable.On the basis of the theory analysis and simulation results,to improve and optimize the structure of the drying cylinder,effectively improve the formation of curtain material,improves the thermal efficiency.
