The Study On The Traffic Humanization In Xinjiang

Brought the humanistic thoughts into urban transportation planning and design human traffic establishes a safe,convenient and comfortable urban traffic environment with the travel and cultural demand-oriented,that to create a personalized travel environment for urban residents,Through the introduction of the development present situation of urban traffic,this paper pointed out the problems of our country’s human traffic,and the pointed out the construction principle of the urban human traffic.That’s to establish human transportation systems with convenient travel,traffic facilities safety and comfortable,more humanistic care and energy-saving and eco-friendly.Taking Urumqi as an example,the paper evaluated the traffic humanization situation of Urumqi.First of all,by analyzing the current situation of the profiles of Urumqi city’s traffic,it considered comprehensively the path planning,safety degree and humanized management of the urban traffic,the paper select the Fuzzy AHP as the evaluation method of the traffic humanization in Urumqi.Through the calculation we got the result as D = 0.498 which show that the traffic humanization in Urumqi is poor.And after sorting these indicators’ influence,the paper found that some indications had seriously influence on the traffic humanization in Urumqi,such as the traffic accessibility,participate in traffic equality,reaching target equality,convenience participation in using,the density of transportation network and sharing resources equality.But the whole layout of sign and marking,the continuity of blind tracks,setting up leisure area and road lighting facilities have lesser impacts.Finally,considering the existing problems and behavior character of Urumqi city’s traffic,the paper proposed that the city should improve urban traffic sharing,enhance urban traffic alignment,strengthen urban traffic safety and improve the city traffic convenience and comfort to improve the traffic humanization level of Urumqi.
