Sisal fiber with large length,colour and lustre is white,seawater corrosion,and many other features,and sisal fiber is a kind of natural plant fiber,low prices,sources,not cause pollution to the environment.At home and abroad in this paper,the cracking mechanism on the base of the cement stabilized macadam and cement stabilized gravel base for measures and shrinkage performance evaluation index,based on engineering in guizhou province bijie city level highway,of sisal fiber improve grassroots shrinkage performance of the cement stable macadam mixture,carried on the thorough research,and through the unconfined compressive strength test,flexural tensile strength test,impact resistant performance test,antifreeze performance test,temperature shrinkage.performance experiment and drying shrinkage performance of cement stabilized gravel base of comprehensive research was conducted on the mechanical properties.Studies show that sisal fibre can not only ensure the mechanical properties of cement stabilized gravel base,also can effectively improve the temperature shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam roadbase and drying shrinkage performance.In order to further verify the laboratory test results of actual construction,the influence of this topic through paving sisal fibre in bijie level highway auxiliary section of test section on the base of the cement stable macadam mixture,and took a lot of construction technology to strengthen the anti-cracking effect of cement stabilized gravel base.In the end,the use of the test road condition and related testing results show that sisal fiber on the mechanical property of cement stabilized macadam roadbase,durability,shrinkage performance and extend the service life of road surface has the very good effect.In this paper,the research results of sisal fiber was applied to cement stabilized gravel base and application in the project of the pavement has a certain reference significance.
