| Recently,aerial refueling is an effective method of extending the flight endurance,increasing the combat radius and improving the payload,therefore more and more countries pay attention to efficient development of it.The flying-boom aerial refueling can fast transmit oil and has the broad prospects,so the research on the modeling of the flying-boom aerial refueling and control system is conducted.Firstly,the structural characteristics of the system of the flying-boom aerial refueling are introduced.Furthermore the key problems in modeling are analyzed.Then the process of the flying-boom aerial refueling is presented.Besides,the boom operating envelope and the docking stage of the flying-boom aerial refueling are introduced primarily.Secondly,according to Newton Euler equation and rigid multibody dynamics,the tanker aircraft,the fixed boom and the boom extension are carried out a dynamic analysis.Then the coupling among the tanker aircraft,the fixed boom and the boom extension were implemented using the velocity transformation matrix and acceleration transformation matrix,so the model of coupled tanker-refueling boom is built.In addition,the whole numerical simulation process of the dynamic model of the motion of the coupled tanker-refueling boom model is presented and verifies the correctness of the dynamic model by comparing with test data in the reference.Thirdly,the atmospheric turbulence model is built,and the kinetic characteristic of the coupled tanker-refueling boom model due to the atmospheric turbulence model are simulated and analyzed.To restrain the shaking motion of the refueling boom,the PID controller is designed.Then the simulation of the motion of the refueling boom with the control system disturbed by the atmospheric turbulence,the results show the effective of the restriction to the shaking motion of the refueling boom.Finally,the receiver aircraft model is built,and the LQR controller for the receiver aircraft is designed to achieve in forming with the tanker.A Matlab/Simulink based simulation environment by integrating the coupled tanker-refueling boom model,the receiver aircraft model,the disturbed airflow model and the model of operator have been developed to simulate the docking stage of the flying-boom aerial refueling.The results show that the accurate docking between the receiver and the refueling boom can be realized under the disturbances,and the safety and reliability are enhanced. |
