Security Protection And Management Techniques Of Rural Roads In Xinghe County

With the accelerated pace of China's new rural construction and the improvement of rural road network planning,the pavement structure of rural highway is constantly improved.But the construction quality of rural highway in some remote and poverty areas exist common problems that involved the lower design level of rural highway,mainly building four grades cement concrete highway,the technical standards not to be strictly implemented,the insufficient funds in the management of maintenance,the road complicated conditions and so on,which make the overall traffic safety of rural highway in China is facing severe challenges.How to make use of effective funds and resources to improve rural highway security engineering,reducing the occurrence of rural road traffic accidents is of great practical significance.Xinghe county is located in the south central part of Inner Mongolia,belonging to the national poverty counties.The security project of rural highway in the county is seriously lacking or unreasonable,which leads to not fully guarantee the driving safety.The paper takes the security engineering of rural highway and management technology in Xinghe county as the research object,based on current situation of the analysis of the basic characteristics of rural highway,road traffic characteristics,the traffic operation safety and so on,studying the feasibility of the existing highway security technology to implement in rural highway and the evaluation method of implementation effect.Based on the actual situation of surveying fully the safety engineering construction of rural highway and management in Xinghe county,using index comprehensive evaluation,this paper focused on the characteristics and security management status of rural highway in Xinghe county,and then proposed the concrete method that the safety engineering techniques can be used to the surveyed section of highway,the main points of highway safety engineering management,management measures,security engineering inspection system and so on.
