With the rapid development of science and technology,people in all areas have made great progress.In the global demand for electricity growing at the same time,the traditional transmission of drawbacks is gradually revealed.Around the new type of transmission research,wireless power transmission(WPT)technology appears.People from the last century began to explore the transmission of wireless power,after decades of research,which has now been applied maturely in a number of areas.At present,wireless power transmission technology still has a lot of research space,including signal and power synchronous transmission technology,non-contact mechanism optimization design,electromagnetic compatibility and so on.In this paper,from the perspective of stable and reliable signal synchronous transmission technology,design the circuit structure and signal circuit topology for the wireless power transmission system,and study the signal transmission channel-loose coupling transformer.First of all,this paper analyzes the structure of the inductive wireless power transmission system,divides the system into four parts from the perspective of circuit function: inverter,loose coupling transformer,compensation structure and rectifier filter circuit,and then analyzes and compares the common topology of each part.Secondly,four representative signal synchronous transmission technologies are analyzed in detail.Combining with the established ICPT system topology,the feasibility of resonant capacitor change for signal transmission is theoretically analyzed.Considering the three modulation and demodulation methods,a signal and power synchronous transmission scheme based on resonant capacitor change is designed.The working mode of the circuit is analyzed in detail,and the design and parameter selection are expounded.Nextly,the signal transmission channel-loose coupled transformer(LCT)is optimized.The parameters such as coil size,width and number of core structures are analyzed in depth.The finite element analysis method of Ansoft is used to determine the target and direction of optimization design of loose-coupled transformer according to the size of coupling coefficient.Finally,this paper uses Cadence Pspice analysis tool to simulate the wireless power and signal synchronous transmission system.Observe the waveforms,optimize the parameters and build the experimental platform.On the experimental platform,based on the analysis and simulation,the load voltage,load constant voltage output characteristics and signal synchronization transmission of system verify the effect,and achieved the desired results.
