Currently, there are many areas in which the combination of wireless power transmission(WPT) technology and the near field communication(NFC) is required. The NFC technology develops faster than the WPT which has been only used in some small household appliances. The NFC technology works in the near field region and shares many common theories and models with the WPT, so they can combine together and make the system of WPT return back the information or the feedback control signal.This work focuses on the application of the wireless power and information(WPIT) synchronous transmission technology in the measuring system of torque and axial force in the process of spindles, in which the WPIT theory, design and characteristic analyze are the main research objects.Firstly, the theory of WPT technology has been researched, which includes the relationship of circuit parameters with the power transmission efficiency, and reflection impendence. That work will benefit the design of system of WPT and make it possible. The NFC theory is also analyzed, in which the theory of the load modulation is very important. Based on them, the model of WPIT is designed which could realize the synchronous transmission of power and information in the quasi-static field.Secondly, the design of the WPIT system hardware is present. First of all, compensation structure is obtained by modeling and simulation. And then, the half-bridge inversion circuit and its driver module is introduced. In order to satisfy the particular environment, the coupling structure is presented. Also, antenna is optimized to improve the coupling coefficient which is verified by the software simulation. At last, based on the design of WPT system, the communication function is been realize by the design of the ASK modulation and demodulation.Finally, in the background of measuring and control system, the WPTI system is researched and realized. The system lateral displacement, the communication rate and the quality of envelope of system are analyzed by the experiment and theoretical calculation. According to the requirement, the System communication rate is between 0.5~1 kbit/s, when the working frequency is 50 k Hz. The wireless transmission distance is between 4 mm to 20 mm. In actual design, energy and information transmission share the same coupling mechanism, which can simplify system design and avoid the interference in the process of transmission.
