With the rapid development of science technology and social economy,people’s lives begin to enter a new era of intelligence.During the enjoyment of intelligent home life,however,people also put forward some problems to be solved in terms of home security,such as gas leaks,fire hazards,burglary and so on.In order to reduce the occurrence of such incidents,and improve people’s quality of life further,home security system comes into being.But building a home security system will often bring some problems,such as wiring difficulties,high cost,inconvenient operation and so on.In order to solve these problems,the paper designs a low-cost,low-power and easy-to-set wireless embedded intelligent home security system.The system mainly consists of the host computer and the lower computer.Host computer mainly includes Web page and Android App,and the main function is to realize the remote communication between the terminal and the home gateway.The lower computer mainly includes the home gateway and the wireless node.The home gateway uses the AR9331 chip equipped with the OpenWrt system as the core processor,and the wireless node mainly contains the ZigBee wireless nodes and the 315 M wireless nodes.Compared with the current home security systems,the way of using two kinds of wireless nodes in combination in this paper cuts down the number of ZigBee,and reduces the cost of the system.In terms of security,the system not only uses multi-types of sensors to achieve real-time monitoring without dead-time for various security risks,but also builds a emergency button to deal with the emergency.When meet emergency,users can control the emergency button to turn off family total brake and gas burner remotely.In addition,this paper sets three working modes composed of day at home,day away from home and sleep,and three working modes can be switched automatically.Compared with the widely used single mode,three working modes can not only reduce power consumption,but also bring users great convenience.After testing,the home security system in this paper not only completed the expected design requirements,but also had a more significant improvement in terms of safety and practicality.Meanwhile,this paper also provided a new reference basis and ideas for the development of intelligent home security products.
