In the promotion of information-based society, the way of people’s living and working changed profoundly, which also issues the new challenges to the traditional home living experience closely related to our daily life. To realize the intelligent information management of home life has become an inevitable trend of social development. At present, the development of smart home control system is still at an early stage, mainly based on the wired way. The cost of wiring is too high, and the systems are expensive to extend and maintain, so the wired smart home control system is difficult to popularize further. While the wireless communications technology removes the need for additional wiring, and it’s flexible and easy to extend. Especially in rencet years, the wireless sensor network technology has been widely researched and applied, including Wi Fi, Bluetooth and Zig Bee technology. Obviously, the wireless smart home control system will become the major force in the future smart home field, and lead the development direction of the smart home.However, the wireless smart home control system is still in the laboratory stage now, on the other hand, a lot of foreign technologies are not suitable for application in our country. Therefore, how to realize a set of wireless smart control system, which is reliable, low cost and convenient to extend, is still a pressing issue to be resolved in our country. This paper introduces and analyses the key technology and research results of smart home field at home and abroad. And we study the embedded technology, wireless sensor network technology, design and implement a set of wireless smart home control system based on Open Wrt embedded system and wireless sensor network technology. The common residential gateway is used for the central controller of overall system, in which we adopt embedded operation system Open Wrt as the system of gateway, then transplant and install embedded web server and embedded database to the gateway. Through the development of server program, we have access to gateway and manage remotely. At the same time, in order to make the system more flexible and easy to expand, the area controller is designed,so that we can manage the devices according to the areas divided. RT5350 is used as the CPU of area controller, and we realize the TCP to serial port service in the area controller, which process the message forwarding, while the video transmission service program in the area controller is responsible for area video monitoring. We set up the internal wireless short distance communication network through the wireless sensor network technology based on Tiny OS, and complete the design of hardware and software of wireless sensor network node.The users have access to the gateway by using a computer or mobile intelligent device through network, and then use the web browser to manage the home devices, query home environment and monitor the area through remote camera. Also the administrator can add and delete the home devices by means of web management system. Finally, we built the prototype system, and take the stability and functional tests on the system. |
