The wind and heat environment of city directly affect the quality of life of urban residents,reasonable urban design can not only slow down the urban heat island,but also effectively enhance the wind and heat environment comfort of streets.Improper urban design May produce too much Small wind area or static wind area,and Easily induced haze and turbulent heat transfer.It will Not only harm the physical and mental health of residents,but also indirectly lead to increased building energy consumption.How to improve the urban wind and heat environment,to achieve the district environmental quality improvement has become the current general concern.As China's traditional urban design project scheme of the majority of the lack of wind and heat environment considerations,the relevant norms and standards on the provisions of the wind and heat environment and requirements of the provisions of the lack of operational.This paper takes Zhaoqing urban renemal design project scheme as the case,introducing wind and heat environment simulation and evaluation in traditional blocks and further builds the technical system of optimizing the urban renewal project scheme through the wind and heat environment simulation and evaluation.This paper mainly studies the following:First of all,through the combing at home and abroad on the city wind and heat environment simulation and evaluation of research progress,it can be seen that the current research results mainly focus on the simulation of the design of individual elements of urban design.Due to the less practical results of the systematic simulation and evaluation of urban complex space,this paper takes the coupling assessment of the wind and heat environment in the block scale and the optimization of the urban design project scheme as the research entry point,just to make up for the shortcomings of the above research.Secondly,According to the spatial matching of simulated scale in urban design,the application characteristics of common software for urban wind and heat environment simulation are compared and analyzed,and Envi-met software has been choosen as atmopheric thermal siulation and evaluation tool.Conformitying now available standards and methods of atmopheric thermal siulation and evaluation,this paper put forward multi-factor evaluation system facing to traditional blocks urban renawal scheme.Thirdly,based on the status quo of historical resources of Zhaoqing city and the value orientation of urban renewal target,three different urban design project schemes were put forward according to the protective design concept method,and the similarities and differences between the schemes were compared.Then this paper compare the similarities and differences of these three different urban renewal project schemes.Fourthly,select the data of typical weather days in Zhaoqing city as parameters,simulate the generation of temperature,wind speed and other numerical cloud.From the historical period,the neighborhood and the city as a whole,the urban design project scheme is simulated and evaluated respectively.The results show that the three overall schemes are different.According to multi-factor comprehensive evaluation score,program No.2 slightly better than the program No.3,the program No.3 slightly better than the program No.1.Evaluation of neighborhood level urban design by comfort,the result is: Bao Gongfu District to the best program No.2,Guangdong and Guangxi Governor House to program No.3 the best,Fujian Lane Street to the best 3.Taking the optimal program of each block into the initial program,further simulation results show that the preliminary project scheme of wind and heat environment is significantly better than the status quo and three comparison option schemes.Finally,based on the shortcomings of the preliminary scheme of lots in the wind and heat environment,this paper presents the corresponding optimization design strategy,and through the optimization design to get the final optimization program.By further evaluating the optimization scheme,the results show that the optimal value of the wind and heat environment is better than that of the preliminary scheme.
